It is only a 5 minutes' walk to the ocean. This 3-bdr/4-bath 2-story house is brand new and beautifully decorated, with an open floor plan between the living areas and kitchen. BEACH ACCESS Beach access is provided via the city boardwalk meandering alongside of Little Lagoon, the Little Lagoon Pass Park and the Pier. Spend the day at the beach or kayaking in Little Lagoon. OTHER ACTIVITIES Choose to either dine at home or at one of the many award-winning restaurants in the area. Gulf Shores is not just a vacation destination, it is a lifestyle - this fabulous tourist community is known for the whitest sand beaches, fishing, golfing, boating, incredible seafood and a family-friendly atmosphere. Create unforgettable memories with family and friends at The Sand Haus in sunny Gulf Shores. POOL Best of all, we have a resort-style pool for you to enjoy on those hot summer days. Its design and function is the definition of luxury. The water is clear and warm and the entire pool is surrounded by a sundeck to lay out and soak up some rays in-between your swim. PETS Our home is pet friendly! We kindly request a $100 flat fee per pet. Two pets max please. If you bring your pet, we request that you supervise them while outside. PARKING Up to 4 cars can be parked on the Driveway.
